The Scaling Heights: The IPO Readiness Conference Helps SMEs Navigate Opportunities And Challenges Of Going Public

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 18 (Bernama) -- The Scaling Heights: The IPO Readiness Conference has served as a platform for small and medium enterprise (SME) owners to explore their readiness to raise funds from the capital market, as well as the opportunities and challenges of going public.

Hosted by the SME Association of Malaysia (SME Malaysia) and RDS Partnership, the conference was held at UOB Plaza 1 here yesterday and brought together industry leaders, financial experts, and SME owners.

SME Malaysia national deputy president Datuk Seri Ricky Yaw Chan Choy, who officiated the conference, said that while going public provides access to capital and enhances credibility, he emphasised the need for strong governance, financial discipline, and strategic foresight.
