Infomina Launches Malaysia’s First Industry-recognised Digital Property Valuation Platform

KUALA LUMPUR, July 19 (Bernama) – Technology solutions provider Infomina Bhd has introduced ValuationXchange, Malaysia’s first industry-recognised digital property valuation platform, through a strategic collaboration with Geolytik Tech Sdn Bhd.

In a statement, it was announced that under the collaboration, a new joint entity, Infomina Geolytik Sdn Bhd, has been formed, aiming to accelerate the digitalisation of property valuation and financing in Malaysia, while enhancing transparency, efficiency, and trust within the sector.

Endorsed by PEPS Ventures Bhd, the commercial arm of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS Malaysia), ValuationXchange is designed to promote greater adherence to Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) among industry stakeholders.

Infomina's chief executive officer and managing director Yee Chee Meng said the platform addresses market demand for more transparent and efficient valuation processes in financing decisions.

“ValuationXchange integrates valuers, real estate agents and banks into a seamless digital ecosystem, enabling faster, more accurate and compliant outcomes,” he said in a statement today.

The platform allows real estate agencies to pre-validate buyer credentials before submission to banks, helping to reduce loan rejection rates and shorten approval timelines.

Homebuyers benefit from greater certainty, while financial institutions can expect improved operational efficiency and fewer unqualified applications.

ValuationXchange offers a fully digital and secure environment that supports compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia’s Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) framework.

Key features include adherence to Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS), real-time collaboration between valuers and lenders, and transparent audit trails -- all built on Infomina’s banking-grade infrastructure.

Infomina said the initiative is in line with the government’s MyDIGITAL blueprint to position Malaysia as a digitally driven and innovation-led economy.

Geolytik Tech executive director Joe Thor said the collaboration brings together data intelligence and secure digital infrastructure to address longstanding inefficiencies in the property and lending ecosystem.

“By combining Geolytik’s property data insights with Infomina’s banking-grade platform, our collaboration tackles long-standing pain points, elevates trust and sharpens decision-making in the property ecosystem,” he said.

Infomina Geolytik is currently onboarding valuation firms, estate agencies, and financial institutions across Malaysia.

Positioned at the intersection of fintech, proptech, and enterprise infrastructure, the company represents a strategic move to modernise one of Malaysia’s most essential yet traditionally underserved market segments.
