Alliance Bank Offers Flood Relief Assistance To Affected Customers

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 28 (Bernama) -- Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd will provide flood relief assistance, including a loan moratorium of up to six months, modified repayment options, and fee and charge waivers for customers and businesses affected by the current floods.

In a statement today, the bank announced that applications for the flood relief assistance are now open until December 27.

“It offers payment relief on all conventional loans and Islamic financing facilities. The bank will also waive fees for the replacement of debit cards, ATM cards, cheque books and passbooks lost or damaged due to the floods,” it said.

The bank will assess all requests on a case-by-case basis.
