KLCI Futures Slightly Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, April 10 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures traded slightly higher on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Friday. 

At 9.42 am, the April 2026 and May 2026 contracts both gained 1.5 points to 1,683.5 and 1,685.0, respectively, while June 2026 and September 2026 rose two points each to 1,684.5 and 1,664.0. 

Turnover stood at 1,500 lots, with open interest at 35,135 contracts.

After 42 minutes of trading, the FBM KLCI advanced 2.69 points to 1,688.93 from Thursday’s close of 1,686.24.
