KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, June 11 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened lower on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Wednesday, tracking the underlying cash market performance. 

At 9.33 am, June 2026 fell four points to 1,674.0 and July 2026 was 3.5 points lower at 1,676.0, while September 2026 and December 2026 were down 5.5 points each to 1,657 and 1,661.5, respectively.   

Turnover stood at 1,827 lots, while open interest totalled 29,296 contracts.

At 9.55 am, the benchmark eased by 2.23 points to 1,676.73 from Wednesday's close of 1,678.96.
