SISTIC Secures Formula 1 Singapore GP Ticketing Role

KUALA LUMPUR, June 18 (Bernama) -- SISTIC, Singapore’s leading ticketing service provider and a company of AXS Tickets, has secured a multi-year partnership to deliver official ticketing services for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix (GP), beginning with the 2027 race.

Under the agreement, SISTIC will manage end-to-end ticketing operations for the night race held at Marina Bay, which attracts more than 300,000 fans over its three-day run, covering primary sales, hospitality suite allocations, on-site box office services and broader operational support.

The company said the appointment reflects its role as AXS Tickets’ Singapore operating arm, combining local market expertise with the global platform’s technology capabilities.

SISTIC Chief Executive Officer, Joe Ow said the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix is one of the most complex and high-profile sporting events in the region.

“As SISTIC continues to scale within the global AXS ticketing network, we are bringing together our already deep, local market expertise with world-class technology to deliver a seamless ticketing experience for fans,” he said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Singapore GP Pte Ltd Ticketing & Accreditation Director, Clarence Lai said SISTIC’s combination of technical capability and local knowledge made it a strong fit for the event’s requirements.

Lai added that its prior experience with the Grand Prix and other large-scale events demonstrated a clear understanding of operational complexity.

AXS Tickets, which acquired a majority stake in SISTIC in October 2025, said the partnership strengthens its global Formula 1 footprint. The company currently supports several Formula 1 events globally, including accreditation services for the Las Vegas and Australian Grands Prix.

The collaboration will enhance ticketing security, reduce fraud and improve fan experience through a more integrated global platform, while reinforcing SISTIC’s role in delivering local execution for major international sporting events.
