Trading Of Ajinomoto's Shares To Be Suspended On Monday Pending Announcement

KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 (Bernama) -- Trading of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd's (AMB) shares will be suspended from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday pending an announcement.

"Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has approved AMB’s request to suspend the trading of its ordinary shares with effect from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday, June 22, 2026, pending the release of a material announcement.

"The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b)(i) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities," AMB said in an announcement on Bursa Malaysia today. 

At close, the counter fell 16 sen or 1.04 per cent to RM15.20, with 37,000 shares transacted.
