KUALA LUMPUR, June 22 (Bernama) -- Straive, a global leader in data and artificial intelligence (AI) operationalisation, has acquired NextGen Invent, an AI engineering and enterprise services provider.
“NextGen Invent’s hands-on experience in developing AI solutions and deploying them to transform and automate complex industry-specific workflows fits very well with Straive’s focus on data and AI operationalisation.
“Together, we help clients break free from the costly AI experimentation cycle and rapidly operationalise AI to deliver measurable business impact,” said Straive Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ankor Rai in a statement.
Meanwhile, NextGen Invent Founder and CEO, Deepak Mittal said the two companies share a common vision of helping organisations thrive in an AI-first world.
“By combining our strengths, we bring industry expertise in AI strategy, scalable AI enablement, governance, and modern data platforms,” added Mittal.
With offices in New York, United States, and Noida, India, NextGen Invent combines data and AI engineering with domain expertise to deliver tailored business solutions across industries such as life sciences and manufacturing.
Straive President and Chief Analytics & AI Officer, Namit Sureka said the acquisition will strengthen the company's ability to scale AI deployments and support clients in transforming business operations.
Novistra Capital acted as the exclusive sell-side adviser to NextGen Invent.
