OSK Property Unveils TAMU @ OSK Mori Park, Shah Alam

SHAH ALAM, July 8 (Bernama) -- OSK Property today unveiled TAMU @ OSK Mori Park, the third phase of its master-planned transit-oriented development in Section 13, Shah Alam.
Chief executive officer Chu Wai Lune said TAMU, located on a 1.55-hectare (3.85-acre) site within the 6.18-ha (15.28-acre) OSK Mori Park masterplan, offers serviced apartments from RM250,000 onwards. It comprises 946 serviced apartment units, 175 signature suites and 21 retail units, including a drive-thru designed to support an integrated live-work-play environment.
Chu said the project features a Mediterranean-inspired concept, offering practical layouts ranging from 550 square feet (sq ft) to 958 sq ft, to cater to first-time homebuyers, young professionals, growing families and multi-generational households.
“Located within Section 13, the development is about 700 metres walking distance from the Stadium Shah Alam LRT3 station.
“It is connected to major highways, including the Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Guthrie Corridor Expressway, North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA).
“Nearby amenities include MSU Medical Centre, AEON Mall Shah Alam, Giant Hypermarket, Stadium Shah Alam and Management & Science University,” Chu said in a statement today.
Chu said the name “TAMU” reflects their aspiration to create a welcoming community where people feel at home while embracing the timeless aesthetic of Mediterranean urban living.
"Every aspect of the development, from its architecture and landscaping to its lifestyle facilities, has been thoughtfully designed to deliver a relaxing yet practical urban lifestyle," he said.
TAMU builds on the strong market response received by the earlier phases of the master-planned development. ALIA recorded 98 per cent sales after its launch in July 2024, while BAYU achieved a 75 per cent take-up following its unveiling in May last year.
He said this latest phase also offers 43 lifestyle facilities, including a 50-metre lap pool, pickleball court, gymnasium, rooftop Glass House, Spanish Steps-inspired gathering area, a ladies’ gym studio and an entertainment lounge.
Apart from serviced apartment units, TAMU also features signature suites of between 550 sq ft and 926 sq ft, designed for flexible residential and business use, complete with dedicated commercial access and selected units offering doorstep parking.
Chu said the development is built around a people-first, walkable masterplan, with interconnected pedestrian pathways linking residential, retail and commercial components through a central Lifestyle Retail Boulevard.
"The strong response to ALIA and BAYU has reinforced our confidence in the long-term potential of Section 13.

OSK Property expects demand for the development to be supported by the LRT3 line, the redevelopment of the Shah Alam Sports Complex (KSSA) precinct, infrastructure upgrades and ongoing urban rejuvenation initiatives in the city.
