KLCI Futures Open Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts opened higher on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives today.

At 9.30 am, the July 2026 contract rose 4.0 points to 1,729.50, while August 2026 added 3.0 points to 1,730.0, September 2026 increased 3.5 points to 1,708.5 and December 2026 gained 6.5 points to 1,713.0.

Turnover stood at 2,424 lots, while open interest totalled 41,557 contracts.

At 9.48 am, the FBM KLCI was 1.25 points firmer at 1,721.19 against Tuesday’s close of 1,719.94.
