CelcomDigi Launches Customer Rewards Campaign Offering RM20 Mln In Prizes
KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 (Bernama) -- CelcomDigi Bhd has launched a customer rewards campaign offering RM20 million worth of prizes as a token of appreciation to customers following its milestone of reaching 20 million customers.
Dubbed the “Mega Gegar 20 Juta” campaign, it will run from July 23 to Sept 30, 2026.
CelcomDigi head of corporate brand and marcomm Fara Aida Dahlan said the campaign features a Digital Mystery Box in the CelcomDigi app, which customers can unlock by making transactions of RM20 and above.
“For example, they could sign up for a CelcomDigi plan or subscribe to our streaming services. Any transaction of RM20 and above will enable them to open this Mystery Box in the CelcomDigi app,” she told a media briefing here, today.
Fara Aida said the campaign offers 20 grand prizes and more than 70,000 bonus prizes.
“We also have local and international travel destinations to give away, and we will be giving away access to some of the biggest concerts in Malaysia,” she said.
Additionally, CelcomDigi will also organise a 42-hour livestream on its TikTok and YouTube channels from July 31 at 12 am until Aug 1 at 6 pm.
“During the livestream, there will be a lot of mega deals for customers to enjoy. We’re talking about really low prices, with deals starting from as low as RM90. We hope Malaysians will stay tuned to this 42-hour livestream, which will involve 16 selected stores nationwide,” she said.
Prizes under the campaign include Samsung devices, a Proton e.MAS 7 electric vehicle, travel experiences, Smart AI Home Makeover packages, entertainment subscriptions, roaming passes, and Internet rewards.
