KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts opened lower on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Tuesday.

At 10.07 am, the July 2026 contract fell 10 points to 1,710.0, August 2026 dropped 9.5 points to 1,710.5, September 2026 declined nine points to 1,690.5 and December 2026 shed 12 points to 1,690.5.

Turnover stood at 8,997 lots, while open interest totalled 49,975 contracts.

At 10.10 am, the FBM KLCI eased 5.55 points to 1,707.54 from yesterday’s close of 1,713.09.
