KLCI Futures End Lower
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 3 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed lower on Monday.
The August 2026 contract reduced five points to 1,727.5, the September 2026 contract decreased 3.5 points to 1,707, the December 2026 contract gave up four points to 1,710, and the March 2027 contract stood at 1,692.
Turnover fell to 7,299 lots from 14,966 last Friday, while open interest contracted to 46,932 contracts from 54,476 previously.
At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI edged up 0.83 of a point to 1,725.73 from last Friday’s close of 1,724.90.
