Kerjaya Prospek Unit Bags RM223.0 Mln Construction Contract In Johor Bahru

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 12 (Bernama) -- Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM223.0 million contract for the construction and completion of the main building for a development project in Johor Baharu from Sunway Majestic Sdn Bhd. 

The contract covers the execution of main building works for 1,012 units of small office/house office (SOHO), among others.

“The contract shall commence on Sept 1, 2026 and is expected to be completed within 32 months from the commencement date,” it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today. 

The contract is expected to provide an additional revenue stream for the group over the next three years.
