Tempo Software Launches AI Workforce Intelligence App For Jira
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 26 (Bernama) -- Tempo Software has launched Workforce Intelligence, an Atlassian Marketplace app that provides an accurate, work item-level view of artificial intelligence (AI) activity across organisations, establishing an attribution solution to measure and verify the return on investment (ROI) of human and AI productivity outcomes.
In a statement, Tempo said Workforce Intelligence ties human and AI activity to specific Jira Stories, Epics and Initiatives, with recorded performance and cost data to show how AI investments translate into realised business outcomes.
“Engineering and operational leaders do not need another dashboard showing them AI is being used. What they need is an accurate record tying that usage to what AI has produced, down to the Jira issue their team was working on. That is what Workforce Intelligence delivers,” said Tempo Chief Executive Officer, Vic Chynoweth.
Workforce Intelligence is the newest addition to Tempo's Intelligent Portfolio Orchestration suite, combining inference application programming interface (API) telemetry, blended human and AI effort, and cost rollup in one work record.
Tempo said the app provides engineering leaders with verified data about which AI tools are being used, how they are impacting productivity, and what they are delivering relative to cost.
Workforce Intelligence also provides a unified view of AI adoption and productivity, including cycle-time comparisons between AI-assisted and non-AI-assisted work, while offering visibility into AI investment by tracking AI costs, active users and spending across strategic initiatives.
The Atlassian Marketplace app automatically connects AI activity to work items, stories, and epics without requiring engineers to change how they work. It also provides portfolio-wide insights to enable AI activity to inform planning, resource allocation and execution across the enterprise.
