TRC Synergy Secures RM149.98 Mln Hyperscale Data Centre Contract 

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 (Bernama) -- TRC Synergy Bhd has secured a contract from Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd for underground services works worth RM149.98 million for a hyperscale data centre.

The company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, TRC Construction Sdn Bhd, accepted the award from Gamuda Engineering today.

"The contract, which commenced on Aug 14, 2026, is scheduled for completion by Nov 25, 2026," it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

It said the contract will not have any effect on the issued share capital or the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company.  It is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings, earnings per share, and net assets per share of the company throughout the duration of the contract, said TRC Synergy.
