JC3 Journey To Zero Conference Set For Sept 28-29
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 15 (Bernama) -- The Joint Committee on Climate Change (JC3) will hold the JC3 Journey to Zero Conference 2026 at Sasana Kijang here on Sept 28-29.
The JC3 is a platform to pursue collaborative actions for building climate resilience within the Malaysian financial sector.
Themed “Building Climate and Nature Resilience for People and Business”, the conference will serve as a platform for dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders across the public and private sectors to advance Malaysia’s climate and nature resilience agenda.
In a statement today, JC3 said that discussions would focus on practical pathways to mobilise capital, scale bankable solutions and strengthen resilience across the real economy amid increasing climate and nature-related risks.
“Key discussion areas include navigating sustainable growth in a changing global landscape, accelerating energy transition through sustainable finance, building climate resilience through adaptation and risk management, and advancing nature-positive development and financing solutions,” it said.
JC3 said that the conference will offer stakeholders insights into climate and nature-related finance, industry experiences and practical solutions to finance transition and resilience initiatives.
It will also provide opportunities to exchange perspectives with policymakers, financial institutions, businesses and investors, while advancing Malaysia’s climate and nature resilience agenda from policy to practice.
