Quantexa Recognised In IDC MarketScape Decision Intelligence Platforms 2026

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 17 (Bernama) -- Quantexa, a global data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) software company, has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Decision Intelligence Platforms 2026 Vendor Assessment, marking the second time it has received the recognition.

The IDC MarketScape evaluates technology vendors offering decision intelligence platforms, assessing their current capabilities and the strength of their strategies for the market over the next three to five years.

In a statement, Quantexa Chief Product Officer, Dan Higgins said the recognition validates the company’s approach of using real-world context, rather than data volume alone, to support trustworthy decision-making.

Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform is built around dynamic entity resolution and knowledge graph technology that unifies fragmented structured and unstructured data into what it calls Real-World Context, providing a contextual view of customers, counterparties, suppliers and other entities.

For customers, the context layer can be applied across different lines of business, from Know Your Customer (KYC) and fraud detection to customer intelligence, rather than rebuilding fragmented views of the same data for each use case.

The layer also supports a broader decisioning framework combining rules engines, machine learning, graph analytics, workflows and agentic AI to automate routine decisions and augment human decision-makers with explainable, context-rich recommendations.

According to the IDC MarketScape, Quantexa connects internal and external, structured and unstructured data into a single graph-based view that supports analytical exploration and human and AI decisioning across use cases.

The assessment also highlighted the platform’s emphasis on transparency in how data is matched and connected, which is important for organisations that must justify or audit automated and augmented decisions.

Quantexa also uses embedded copilots and task-specific agents to automate and augment analyst workflows, including data-quality and KYC-orientated assistants that help analysts diagnose the root causes of poor entity quality.
