FBM KLCI Futures Open Lower On Thursday

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower on Thursday.

At 9.43 am, the September 2026 and March 2027 contracts fell 3.0 points each to 1,662.0 and 1,651.0, respectively. The October 2026 contract eased 1.0 point to 1,662.0, while December 2026 contract lost 2.0 points to 1,667.0.

Turnover stood at 2,291 lots, while open interest totalled 41,651 contracts.

At 9.46 am, the FBM KLCI fell 0.73 points to 1,675.70, from Wednesday’s close of 1,676.43.
