KLCI Futures Ends Mixed On Thursday

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed mixed on Thursday.

The September 2026 and March 2027 contracts fell one point each to 1,664.0 and 1,653.0 respectively, while October 2026 and December 2026 contracts both remained unchanged at 1,663.0 and 1,669.0 respectively.

Turnover rose to 21,129 lots from 8,663 on Wednesday, while open interest increased to 60,216 contracts from 48,007 previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI eased 4.12 points, or 0.24 per cent, to 1,672.31, from Wednesday’s close of 1,676.43.
