FBM KLCI Futures Open Mostly Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened mostly lower on Friday.

At 9.47 am, the September 2026 and December 2026 contracts fell four points each to 1,660.0 and 1,665.0, respectively, while October 2026 eased five points to 1,658.0. The March 2027 contract stood at 1,653.0.

Turnover stood at 12,628 lots, while open interest totalled 58,428 contracts.

At 9.50 am, the FBM KLCI rose 0.35 of a point to 1,672.25, from Thursday’s close of 1,671.90.
