Willowglen MSC Secures RM108 Mln Contract
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 28 (Bernama) -- Willowglen MSC Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd (WSPL), has been awarded a contract valued at about RM108 million for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, security and monitoring systems.
The computer-based control system developer and provider said the identity of the customer is not disclosed as WSPL is subject to confidentiality obligations under the agreement entered into with the customer.
The contract spans eight years and 11 months, commencing on Aug 19, 2026, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
Willowglen said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 to 2035.
“The contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks,” it added.
