Zetrix AI Share Price Down At Mid-Morning Session Following JPJ's Suspension

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 5 (Bernama) -- Zetrix AI Bhd’s share price fell during mid-morning trading following the Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) suspension of MyEG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd’s services as its collection agents, effective 12.01 am on Oct 5.

At 11 am, Zetrix AI’s share price slid by four sen to 7.5 sen, with 686.57 million shares traded.

Last Friday, JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said the decision was made after considering compliance with the terms and conditions of their agreements and obligations that remained unfulfilled or unresolved.

“Accordingly, all JPJ services previously offered through MYEG Group channels will be suspended from that date.

“JPJ assures the public that its services will continue as usual through official and alternative channels,” he said in a statement last Friday.

Aedy Fadly said computerised driving theory test (KPP01) bookings made through MYEG before Oct 5 remain valid and may proceed as scheduled.
