CASB has enhanced its service delivery through cloud-based platforms, omnichannel communication tools and structured operational processes to help public and private sector organisations manage customer interactions more effectively.

Afidah’s Emerging Leaders in Asia Award recognises her leadership in advancing responsible business practices, workforce empowerment and technology adoption.

Under her leadership, CASB has emphasised employee development, workplace well-being and professional growth, alongside ethical governance, data protection and responsible outsourcing practices.

The latest recognition builds on CASB’s industry achievements, including the Platinum Award for Best Contact Centre Operations at the Contact Centre Associations of Asia Pacific Awards 2025 in Hong Kong.

The company said it would continue to strengthen its digital capabilities and workforce competencies while expanding its contribution to Malaysia’s BPO and customer experience industry.
