YYForce Outlines AI Platform For Hotels, Eyes Future Superintelligence

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 (Bernama) -- YYForce Inc (YYForce) has outlined plans for an artificial intelligence (AI) platform linking hotel staff, robots and smart-building systems, with a long-term aim of supporting future superintelligence applications if such technology becomes available.

The planned platform is intended to help hotel operators coordinate staffing, service delivery, robotic tasks and building performance by connecting hotel systems and sensors with staff, robots and equipment.

For example, checkout information could be used to schedule housekeeping, assign robotic support and adjust room lighting and cooling within approved comfort limits.

“By connecting people, robotics and building systems, we aim to turn operational information into coordinated action and measurable results,” said YYForce Chief Executive Officer, Mike Fu in a statement.

He said that over time, the infrastructure could support superintelligence applications while keeping operational authority and accountability clearly defined.

YYForce also plans to add hotel upgrades such as occupancy and environmental sensors, lighting and temperature controls and equipment monitoring to improve guest comfort, reduce avoidable energy use and detect equipment problems earlier.

The company said it would start with defined hotel workflows, set performance baselines and evaluate results, including service completion, room readiness and workforce productivity, before expanding automation, with human supervision built in.

YYForce stressed that superintelligence is a long-term ambition and that it has not developed artificial general intelligence or artificial superintelligence. It said any future use of such systems would depend on advances in AI and successful technical and operational validation.
