Zetrix AI Redesignates Norraesah As Non-executive Chairman
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 (Bernama) -- Zetrix AI Bhd has announced in a Bursa Malaysia filing the redesignation of Datuk Dr Norraesah Mohamad as its non-independent and non-executive chairman from her previous role as executive chairman effective today.
Zetrix AI's shares saw strong momentum on the local bourse today as the counter surged 50 per cent or 0.025 sen to close at 0.075 sen, with a trading volume of 392.8 million units.
Meanwhile, in another filing with the local bourse, it noted that no resolution was reached during the sukuk holders' meeting held today regarding a potential breach of covenant under its Islamic medium term notes (sukuk wakalah) programme of up to RM2 billion in nominal value.
It said the company would arrange for a subsequent sukuk holders' meeting to be held on a date to be determined later.
"The company will make further announcements on any material developments in accordance with its disclosure obligations," it added.
