Aneka Jaringan Unit Bags RM53.35 Mln Bored Piling Contract

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 (Bernama) -- Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd (AJSB), has accepted a letter of award (LoA) worth RM53.35 million for bored piling works at Rio City Town Centre, Puchong, Selangor.

AJSB accepted the LoA dated Oct 13, 2026, from EDP Consulting Group Sdn Bhd, acting on behalf of IOI Rio Mall Sdn Bhd, IOI Hospitality Sdn Bhd and IOI Rio Towers Sdn Bhd.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to Aneka’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Aug 31, 2027,” said Aneka Jaringan in a Bursa Malaysia filing today, adding that the contract commenced on Oct 20, 2026 and expires on Aug 19, 2027.

The start date was mutually agreed upon by AJSB and the employer during the final contract negotiations to prevent delays in the project’s completion, according to the filing.
