Handal Energy To Appeal Against Bursa Delisting By Nov 10

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 (Bernama) -- Handal Energy Bhd is preparing its written representations to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd explaining why it should not be delisted and will submit this by Nov 10, 2026.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the Main Market-listed energy company said it received a letter from Bursa Securities, asking it to show cause why its securities should not be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Securities following Paragraph 9.28(6) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

“The notice was issued as Bursa Securities noted that the company has failed to announce its annual report, which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports, for the financial period ended Dec 31, 2025,” it added.
