KUALA LUMPUR, July 23 (Bernama) -- Savings generated from the targeted diesel subsidy mechanism are not being retained solely as a fiscal surplus, but are instead utilised to strengthen targeted assistance programmes, according to the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
