PETALING JAYA, July 29 (Bernama) -- ASEAN requires massive, sustained and structured capital to build solar farms, upgrade grids, install battery storage, and upskill workers, as national governments cannot bear this burden alone, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
