KUALA LUMPUR, June 24 (Bernama) -- The ringgit extended its gains to close higher against the US dollar and other major currencies, as well as ASEAN peers, on Wednesday, supported by stronger-than-expected economic data in Malaysia, which boosted investor confidence and market sentiment.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 23 (Bernama) -- The ringgit rebounded from yesterday’s losses to end higher against the US dollar and ASEAN currencies, and was mostly firmer against other major currencies on Tuesday as investors await the United States Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) June data release tonight.
