NEW DELHI, Sept 12 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, in a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, has suggested the establishment of a special mechanism between Putrajaya and Moscow to expedite the execution of all agreements reached between the two nations.
