KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Artificial intelligence (AI) could help make halal certification faster and more efficient, but human inspectors remain essential to verify ingredients and production processes, particularly for products with multiple formulations, an Indonesian trade official said today.
