TACTICA AI Introduces Decision-Support Platform With TII Technology

KUALA LUMPUR, May 8 (Bernama) -- TACTICA AI, an Abu Dhabi-based start-up built on deep technology developed by the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), has introduced its multi-domain decision-support platform at the Make it in the Emirates 2026 event.

Designed to transform fragmented intelligence, sensor and operational data into real-time decisions, the platform has already been validated through deployments in mission-critical environments.

TACTICA AI is believed to be the first publicly known platform of its type developed in the region, creating a new category of operational artificial intelligence (AI) that goes beyond dashboards, data feeds and analytics tools to support decision-making at the mission layer.

The system is designed to help organisations move from data to decisions with greater speed, coordination and confidence, according to TII in a statement.

The platform combines GEOINT, or geospatial intelligence, which uses satellite imagery, radar, maps, and location-based data, with OSINT, or open-source intelligence derived from publicly available information.

Unlike conventional systems reliant on static dashboards or manual analysis, TACTICA AI enables outcome-driven tasking by helping determine operational priorities rather than simply identifying sensors or providers.

This creates a unified operational picture across teams, domains, and data sources, bridging the gap between analysis, decision, and execution, while maintaining human-in-the-loop oversight for critical decisions.

In addition, TACTICA AI is designed for use across priority sectors, including defence and national security, crisis and emergency response, critical infrastructure, smart cities and mobility, energy and utilities, as well as environment and sustainability.

The platform has also established partnerships with geospatial imagery analysis firms, including France-based Safran and Poland-based Satim, to strengthen integration across the intelligence and operational technology ecosystem.
