Glomac Unveils 16 Legacy Project With GDV Of RM21 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, May 11 (Bernama) -- Glomac Bhd has unveiled 16 Legacy, an exclusive collection of 16 semi-detached houses in Saujana Rawang with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM21 million.

In a statement today, the property developer said each house is priced starting from RM1.2 million.

“Set within a lakeside environment, 16 Legacy offers a lifestyle that brings nature closer to home, with green surroundings and water elements forming part of the broader Saujana Rawang masterplan,” it said.

Glomac added that the township is accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) and North-South Expressway (NSE), and is close to the Rawang KTM station and key urban centres.

Glomac group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri FD Iskandar said the development is aimed at buyers seeking larger living spaces within a low-density environment.
