KUALA LUMPUR, June 26 (Bernama) -- Vestland Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (VRSB) had accepted a letter of award from Golden Armani Sdn Bhd (GASB) to undertake the superstructure works for a contract sum of RM135 million.

Vestland said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today that the superstructure works comprised a block of nine-storey stratified factory and related facilities in Klang.

Vestland, which is primarily involved in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings through VRSB, said the scope of works to be carried out under the contract involved the design, approval, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of the superstructure works.
