Mesiniaga Wins RM39.99 Mln Contract To Build Phis 3.0 Server Infrastructure

KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 (Bernama) -- Mesiniaga Bhd has been awarded a contract worth RM39.99 million to set up a new centralised server infrastructure for the pharmacy information system (PhIS) version 3.0 from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd. 

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the company said it had accepted the contract on July 2, 2026. 

“The board of directors of the company believes that the said contract is in the ordinary course of business and in the best interest of the company.

“It is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards until the completion of the contract, which is set to be by June 30, 2030, with no automatic renewal clause,” it said.
