Inari’s RF Business Set To Regain Growth Momentum From FY2027 -- MBSB
KUALA LUMPUR, July 20 (Bernama) -- Inari Amertron Bhd’s radio frequency (RF) business is expected to regain its earnings growth momentum from financial year 2027 (FY2027) onwards, underpinned by a long-term commitment between its direct customer and end customer, said MBSB Investment Bank Bhd.
In a research note, the investment bank said the group’s optoelectronics business, particularly the photonics interconnect segment, is expected to be the key growth driver going forward.
“Driven by artificial intelligence (AI)-related optical communications, we expect the group’s optoelectronics business to potentially be on par with its RF business in the coming years.
“The group’s involvement in AI is also reflected through its power module segment, although we do not expect meaningful earnings contribution in the immediate term,” it said.
MBSB Investment Bank therefore maintained its “buy” call on the company, with an unchanged target price of RM2.95.
