SNS Network Unit Secures RM1.21 Bln AI Server Contract
KUALA LUMPUR, July 27 (Bernama) -- SNS Network Technology Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a sales agreement worth US$298.65 million (RM1.21 billion) to supply high-performance artificial intelligence (AI) servers to a Singapore-based global digital entertainment company.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, SNS said the agreement, signed on July 26, 2026, covers the supply, delivery and provision of the AI servers to the Singapore-incorporated buyer.
SNS said the proposed supply is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets for the financial year in which the products are delivered, and revenue is recognised, having regard to the staggered delivery and payment schedule under the agreement.
It said the actual financial impact will depend on, among others, the timing of delivery confirmed by the manufacturer and the corresponding revenue recognition.
Meanwhile, in a separate statement, SNS managing director Ko Yun Hung said the landmark contract underscores the group’s growing capabilities in delivering enterprise-scale AI infrastructure and reinforces its position as a trusted technology partner in the region.
He said this is the largest contract secured by SNS Network in our history and marks a significant milestone in the group’s growth journey.
“The contract reflects our proven capability to deliver enterprise-grade AI infrastructure at scale and demonstrates the confidence that customers place in our technical expertise, execution capabilities and longstanding partnerships with global technology leaders.
“As AI adoption accelerates across industries, demand for high-performance computing infrastructure continues to grow,” he said.
The company said the contract reinforces SNS Network’s strategic focus on AI infrastructure and reflects the group’s continued investments in expanding its AI capabilities.
