HE Group Bags RM25 Mln Power Distribution Works Contract

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 10 (Bernama) -- HE Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured a purchase order (PO) for power distribution system works worth RM25 million.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the group said the works are for an unnamed manufacturer in Malaysia involved in the assembly, testing and packing of NAND flash memory products.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the PO is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of HE Group and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of HE Group,” it said.

HE Group said the commencement date will be the date of the PO’s acceptance, with a 20-week completion period.
