Eco Business Park 7 To Dispose Of Industrial Land In Negeri Sembilan For RM1.01 Bln
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22 (Bernama) -- Eco Business Park 7 Sdn Bhd has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to dispose of two parcels of industrial land measuring 89.70 hectares in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, to Tera Data Centers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (TERA) for approximately RM1.01 billion.
The lands are located within Eco Business Park 7 (EBP 7), developed through a public-private partnership between Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld), SD Guthrie Bhd, and NS Corporation.
In a joint statement today, EcoWorld said the substantial investment by TERA further reinforces EBP 7’s vision of creating a high-value, future-ready industrial ecosystem that is well-positioned to attract not only domestic investments but also significant inflows of quality foreign direct investment.
“As a renowned leader in the digital economy, TERA’s commitment represents a strong vote of confidence in Negeri Sembilan’s competitiveness as a preferred destination for high-tech (technology) and high-value investments.
“This milestone underscores the state’s growing appeal as an investment hub and supports the Malaysia Vision Valley masterplan (MVV 2.0) ambition to drive high-impact, sustainable, and inclusive regional growth for the long term,” it said.
Meanwhile, EBP 7 chief development officer Datuk Ho Kwee Hong said EBP 7 is the first industrial development launched within Parcel C of MVV 2.0 to serve as a catalyst for new investment and technological advancement, fostering collaboration among industries, investors and local communities.
“Since the project’s launch in November 2025, we have sold more than RM800 million in industrial lots and ready-built factories within the first phase.
“This includes ‘SME Core’, an anchor feature to foster and support the growth of local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger Malaysian industrialists, thus contributing towards the creation of meaningful skilled employment for the state,” he added.
