MNRB Holdings Declares 15 Sen Final Dividend For FY2026

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- MNRB Holdings Bhd has declared a final dividend of 15 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY2026).

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the insurance company said its dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) would apply to 5.0 sen per MNRB share, representing 33.3 per cent of the final dividend.

It said the DRP was approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on Sept 25, 2019, while the authority for the board to allot and issue new MNRB shares under the DRP was approved at the annual general meeting on Sept 26, 2025.

“The issue price of the DRP shares, book closure date and payment date in respect of the 2026 final dividend will be announced in due course,” it said.
