Huayan Robotics To Showcase Humanoid Robotic Arm At Robotworld 2026

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 27 (Bernama) -- Huayan Robotics will showcase a seven-axis humanoid robotic arm alongside automation solutions for welding, palletising and machine tending at Robotworld 2026, to be held in Goyang, South Korea, from Nov 4 to 7.

The company will exhibit at the KINTEX exhibition centre and will also display core motion components for embodied artificial intelligence (AI), the technology that allows robots to sense and act in the physical world.

The robotic arm is designed for integration into humanoid and other embodied robotic platforms, combining force control in every joint with internal cable routing and native support for the Robot Operating System 2 (ROS 2). Its open development interfaces allow developers to connect it with other hardware and software systems.

According to the company in a statement, the components on show include humanoid joint modules, frameless motors and high-precision XYZ motion stages.

The welding system is built around the company’s E12-Pro collaborative robot, which has a 1.8-metre reach, and includes a dual-axis positioner to improve access to large and complex workpieces. Laser seam tracking and automatic path correction help produce consistent welds along complex seams while reducing manual adjustments.

For palletising, the company’s S Series robots can handle payloads of up to 60-kilogramme. They feature vision-assisted positioning and configurable pallet patterns, and are aimed at consumer goods manufacturing, food processing and warehouse logistics.

Huayan’s Elfin and Elfin-Pro collaborative robots automate the loading and unloading of computer numerical control (CNC) machines, with a maximum reach of 1.8 metres and protection ratings of up to IP66. The company said they can improve cycle times by up to 50 per cent.

Huayan Robotics develops collaborative robots, motion components and embodied AI systems, serving customers in more than 50 countries and regions.
