ISF Group Unit Bags RM83.2 Mln Port Dickson Hyperscale Data Centre Project

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 (Bernama) -- ISF Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd, has secured a hyperscale data centre project in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, with a combined contract value of RM83.2 million, awarded by a Malaysian-based civil engineering and building construction group.

The end-to-end piping solutions provider said three of the contracts, worth approximately RM73.3 million in total, cover the installation of cold water systems, rainwater harvesting systems, water reticulation and sanitary services for the data centre development.

“The fourth contract, valued at about RM9.9 million, covers external sewerage infrastructure works.

“With these four contract wins, ISF’s unbilled order book increased to RM225.5 million, providing the group with greater earnings visibility through the financial year ending Dec 31, 2029,” it said in a statement.

The contracts are scheduled for completion in stages between November 2026 and July 2028, it said.

ISF managing director Jeff Ai Boon Chen said the award reflects the company’s growing capabilities and the confidence placed in its ability to undertake increasingly large and complex projects, and demonstrates its readiness to compete for projects of a much greater scale.

“Malaysia’s emergence as a regional data centre hub continues to generate substantial opportunities for supporting infrastructure works.

“With data centres now accounting for a significant portion of our business, we believe ISF is well-positioned to capture further opportunities in this expanding market, supported by our established track record in delivering high-specification piping solutions,” he said.

Looking ahead, he said the group remains optimistic about its growth prospects, supported by its healthy position, growing order book and expanding project portfolio. These strengths position the company well to pursue larger-scale contracts and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
