Bursa Malaysia Stays Lower At Mid-Afternoon

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 3 (Bernama) -- Bursa Malaysia remained lower at mid-afternoon, weighed down by mild selling in selected heavyweights, said an analyst.

At 3.01 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) eased 2.73 points to 1,722.17 from last Friday’s close of 1,724.90.

The benchmark index opened 0.36 of a point higher at 1,725.26.
